1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state laws, we only ship within the United States to states where hemp-derived products are legal.
You’re responsible for knowing your state’s hemp laws. By placing an order, you confirm that it’s legal to receive hemp products in your location.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier performance, weather, or other factors.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
GreenGas Hemp is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but missing from your address.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but can’t be found:

  • Check with your local post office or carrier
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  • Then contact us at service@greengashemp.com and we’ll do our best to assist

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We’re not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Heat-Sensitive Products
During warmer months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping for heat-sensitive items like concentrates or edibles. We’re not responsible for damage due to heat or weather conditions.
