By purchasing products from GreenGas Hemp (GGH), you agree to the following terms:

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
  • We may offer product replacements if there’s a hardware failure or a clear product issue.
  • Customers will not be asked to return any products. Instead, we require photo or video proof of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll send a replacement for the affected product.

Lab Testing

  • All of our products are lab-tested for safety and compliance.
  • Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request.

Legal Compliance

  • All products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
  • By purchasing from GGH, you confirm that:
    • You are at least 21 years old.
    • You are of legal age to purchase hemp products in your state or jurisdiction.
  • It’s your responsibility to know and follow your local laws regarding hemp products. GGH is not liable for any packages delayed or seized due to regional regulations.

Limitation of Liability

  • GGH is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or adverse reactions to any product.
  • Use our products responsibly and as intended.
